The Role:
Overall management and leadership of the production team. Production planning & scheduling, with responsibility for on-time delivery and quality. Capacity planning and identification of labour and training requirements. Identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and implementation of appropriate improvement measures. Implementation and delivery of production targets and KPIs.

The Person:
A production manager with proven experience in a high complexity, low-medium volume electronics manufacturing environment. Thorough knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes. Analytical problem solver with a strong technical background. Committed, team orientated individual with a “can do” attitude. Ability to take the lead to achieve and exceed requirements.
