Wave Solder - Blundell CMS400:

The Blundell CMS 400 is now fully lead free compatible. All parts of the
solder bath are treated with special tin resistant material. A new
uprated preheater is fitted as standard, and all machines are supplied
with a spray fluxer.

• Total loss sprayfluxer.
• Two stage pre-heat, combined hot air blower and
  one metre long steel hotplate.
• Single, bi-directional solder wave.
• Usable width 400 mm with Rubicon modulating wave
  and adjustable slot for surface mount soldering.

Post-Wave Solder:
• Cellular stations using Metcal solder irons with fume extraction.
• Choice of 'no-clean' or aqueous clean process.
